Flower Delivery Policy
- Delivery Areas: We deliver to all areas within a 15-mile radius of our shop. For deliveries outside this area, please contact us for a quote.
- Delivery Times: We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 PM. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered the next business day. We also offer scheduled delivery for orders that need to be delivered at a specific time.
- Delivery Fees: We charge a delivery fee of $15.00 for all orders. For orders outside our 15-mile delivery area, the delivery fee will be higher.
- Special Delivery Requests: We will do our best to accommodate special delivery requests, such as delivery to a specific location or at a specific time. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate all requests.
- Missed Deliveries: If the recipient is not home when the flowers are delivered, we will attempt to contact them to schedule a redelivery. If we are unable to contact the recipient, the flowers will be returned to our shop and the customer will be charged a redelivery fee.
Returns and Refunds:
- We do not accept returns on flowers. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
- We offer a full refund for orders that are cancelled more than 48 hours in advance of the delivery date, except for wedding and funeral. Orders that are cancelled less than 48 hours in advance of the delivery date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- Please be advised that there will be NO REFUNDS if we were given a wrong address, the recipient is not home or in the office that day or they do not answer the phone. The delivery company will wait for 15 minutes but cannot wait longer if they have another delivery to get to. We will reach out to you to see if you want the flowers re-delivered or if you would like the recipient to pick them up. Flowers must be redelivered within 48 hours.
